Forging
Closed-die hot forging of heat-treatable aluminum alloys. Die design is checked with forming simulation before tooling is cut. A robotic arm handles billet loading and transfer, so every cycle runs with the same timing, temperature window and die contact, giving repeatable grain flow from the first part to the last.
Equipment
- Hydraulic Forging Presses
- Robotic Arm Forging System
- 3D Scanning System
- Trimming Presses
- Robotic Parting Line Grinding

Heat Treatment
Solution treatment, water quench and artificial aging run in our own furnaces, so forging and heat treatment never wait on an outside vendor. Parameters are set per alloy and section thickness, and hardness is checked on every load before parts move to machining.
Equipment
- Solution and Aging Furnaces
- Rockwell Hardness Tester

CNC Machining
Forged and heat-treated blanks are machined to drawing on FANUC machining centers, located on forged datums so every part sits the same way. Tool paths are programmed in NX CAM and Mastercam, keeping manual intervention low and cycle times consistent across the batch.
Equipment
- FANUC Robodrill Vertical Machining Centers
- CNC Lathes
- Broaching Machine

Surface Treatment
Sandblasting, anodizing, laser engraving and pad printing are done in-house, so parts move from machining to finishing without leaving the factory.
Equipment
- Sandblasting
- Anodizing
- Laser Engraving
- Pad Printing

Quality Control
Incoming billets can be checked by spectrometer before they reach the furnace. Hardness is verified after heat treatment, finished parts are measured on CMM, and metallography or fatigue testing is available when a customer needs the data.
Equipment
- Zeiss CMM
- Bruker Q4 TASMAN Optical Emission Spectrometer
- Color Metallographic Microscope
- Fatigue Test Rig
- Fluorescent Penetrant Testing (FPT)
Do you do heat treatment in-house?
Yes. Solution treatment, quench and aging run in our own furnaces, and hardness is checked on every load before parts move to machining.
Can you machine the forging as well?
Yes. Forged and heat-treated blanks go straight to our CNC machining centers, so forging, machining and finishing are held to one set of tolerances under one roof.
Which surface treatments are available?
Sandblasting, anodizing, laser engraving and pad printing, all in-house.
