Is Hau Chang the right fit?
Three things to check before you send a drawing
01. Alloys
We forge heat-treatable aluminum alloys. We do not work with non-heat-treatable series (1xxx, 3xxx, 5xxx) or casting alloys.

02. Size
What size can we forge?
Most parts fall between 150 and 420 mm in their longest dimension. Smaller and larger parts are reviewed case by case. Send the drawing and we will assess feasibility.
03. Quantity
No fixed minimum order quantity.
Each project is evaluated on its own, from single-piece samples for design validation through to volume production. Tell us your target quantity and we will outline the right approach.

Heat-treatable 6xxx, 7xxx and 2xxx aluminum alloys. We do not work with 1xxx, 3xxx or 5xxx series or casting alloys.
What part sizes can you forge?
Most parts fall between 150 and 420 mm in their longest dimension. Outside that range, send the drawing and we will assess feasibility.
Is there a minimum order quantity?
No fixed MOQ. Production runs typically begin around 500 units, evaluated per project.
